User Facility Agreements (Fact sheet)

The NWTC's Industrial User Facility, with 10,000 square feet of laboratory space, features computer facilities, a high bay for blade testing, office space for visitors, and secure areas where wind energy firms can conduct proprietary research in complete privacy. As explained in this brief, firms wishing to use the Center's facilities may choose either a cooperative research and developmentagreement, a user facility agreement, a work-for-others agreement, an exchange program, or some other type of agreement with NREL.
