Tribal Energy Capacity Expansion Prize Rules

This is the official rules document for the Tribal Energy Capacity Expansion Prize. This prize will award cash prizes and technical assistance to Tribes and Tribal organizations across three phases in support of their efforts to build capacity to engage in energy infrastructure decision-making, permitting, and development processes. The goal of the prize is to assist Tribes in expanding the internal capacities that are necessary to represent Tribal priorities in energy development processes. The prize aims to assist participants in identifying key capacity needs and focus areas, build a comprehensive plan to build capacity to address those priorities, and implement that plan.
