Abstract

At the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)-the United States' primary laboratory for renewable energy and energy efficiency research-computational science is a cornerstone for innovation across disciplines. From high-performance computing (HPC) and advanced data analytics to visualization and machine learning, computational excellence is driving breakthroughs in energy technologies, next-generation transportation, and robust integrated energy systems.
