Abstract

The objective of this report is to evaluate the economic and technical feasibility of replacing conventional distillate fuel (diesel) with local waste biomass in the village of Verkhni-Ozerski, in the Russian Northern Territories. The pre-feasibility study demonstrates that the project merits continuation and the performance of a full feasibility analysis.
