Abstract
The Regional Biomass Energy Program (RBEP) is a federally funded program with the specific goal to increase the production and use of bioenergy resources. This Review Report of the Regional Biomass Energy Program State Projects provides a brief narrative of some of the state initiatives being conducted within the five regional programs.
