Passive Solar Design (Revision)

    Research output: NLRMarketing

    Abstract

Using integrated building design strategies that combine basic energy efficiency and conservation practices with specific strategies such as passive solar heating, daylighting, and natural ventilation, we can apply passive solar design to a wide variety of both new construction and retrofits. This fact sheet explains the opportunities, requirements, and costs of designing energy- andcost-efficient buildings.
