Abstract

A database on energy crop potential is being developed. This database will provide, for every county in the United States, information on the availability and cost of cropland and the yields, production costs and projected prices of energy crops. The database will be an EXCEL ..copyrgt.. spreadsheet that can be downloaded from an Internet site. The 35 variables in the database are described inthe paper.
