This issue features articles on such diverse topics as creative, low-risk financing for energy efficiency projects, Energy Secretary O'Leary's recent trade mission to India, NREL's Rural ElectrificationProject with Brazil, and a new NREL optical-processing technique that uses the energy in light to fabricate solar cells and microelectronics.
