Abstract
Methodology document describing the underlying data and analysis behind the Low-income Energy Affordability Data (LEAD) Tool, a web-accessible, interactive platform developed by U.S. Department of Energy and National Renewable Energy Laboratory that allows users to build their own national, state, city, or county profiles with estimated, locally specific low-income household energy characteristics. Users are able to visualize the profiles as well as compare differences among profiles. In addition, users will be able to save their profiles and download visualizations and data. characteristics.
