Abstract

This document is the Task 3 report for the NREL 'Impacts of Biodiesel Fuels on Air Quality and Human Health' study. The objectives of Task 3 are to estimate the impacts of biodiesel fuels on elevated witner carbon monoxide concentrations for an urban area that is not currently in attainment of the CO standard.
