Abstract
As part of the International Energy Agency Hydrogen Implementing Agreement, an evaluation tool to assist in the design, operation, and optimization of hydrogen demonstration facilities is under joint development. Using commercially-available software (ASPEN Plus(R)), this tool is being designed to provide a comprehensive data base or library of component models and an integrating platform throughwhich these models may be linked. This tool, in conjunction with data collection, will be used to develop design guildelines for integrated demonstrations.
