Abstract
Increasing use of electric vehicles (EVs) will affect utility costs and operations, which in turn will affect regulatory decisions on customer rates and utility programs. This presentation provides an overview of current research on the regulatory implications of EV deployment. It also includes a special analysis of EV charging as demand response specific to Colorado and its use of wind power.
