Abstract
This report describes the activities of the Trucking Research Institute (TRI) in support of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's work as field manager to implement Section 400BB of the Alternative Motor Fuels Act. The principal objective of the projects described was to understand the effects of using an alternative fuel on a truck fleet, through actual operation of the trucks. This reportpresents the lessons learned.
