Abstract
Highlights of this edition include stories on the Governor's Ethanol Coalition's trade mission to Brazil last September, Congressional efforts to increase ethanol production through a variety of incentives, and a 'first of its kind' study that will estimate and compare the environmental and energy merits of biodiesel versus diesel as transportation fuels.
