Abstract
Highlights of this edition include stories on the addition of a Clean Airports component to the already successful Clean Cities Program, NREL's grant to the American Coalition for Ethanol to study the feasibility of a biomass-to-ethanol plant that would apply the latest technology to new forms of low-cost or no-cost biomass feedstocks, and a special report insert on DOE's efforts to seek publiccomment on incentives and ways to best meet the petroleum displacement goals of the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
