Sara Wallen primarily supports research operations as a research technician. She creates and troubleshoots data acquisition systems for various renewable research projects. Wallen designs instrumentation layouts in collaboration with principal investigators and installs instrumentation. She is an operator of facility hydraulic systems and plays an active role in the U.S. Department of Energy Collegiate Wind Competition. She enjoys working with NLR to support the development of renewables.
