Nate Blair is the Center Director of Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support at NLR. He has 17 years of management experience at NLR combined with technical expertise in capacity expansion modeling; system modeling tools including PVWatts, System Advisor Model (SAM) and the URDB; future scenarios analysis; energy storage including batteries; and project management.
