Meredith Cummings serves as a senior project manager and contributing author for technical reports and planning efforts supporting energy, building technology, and infrastructure topics. Cummings manages 10+ multi-disciplinary teams of environmental industry specialist. She oversees project budgets, schedules, invoicing, and resource allocation, consistently delivering work on time and within budget. Cummings directs project logistics, internal coordination, and information management across concurrent assignments. Cummings also participates in and leads client meetings, agency coordination calls, and public-facing briefings, translating complex environmental and technical topics into accessible language.
