Lu Wang’s main areas of research are marine hydrodynamics and hydroelasticity. He primarily works on improving and validating NLR’s engineering design and simulation tools for floating systems, with a focus on the nonlinear response in realistic wave environments. He also has experience in the application and validation of high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics simulations for marine applications.
