Jenny Wiegele is a project manager in the Hydropower and Water Systems Deployment group at NLR, specializing in technology commercialization, stakeholder engagement, and reducing barriers to funding. In this role, she has led several prizes and programs designed to incentivize the development of new water power technologies and support disadvantaged communities in their clean energy transition.

Prior to her work at NLR, Wiegele spent 7 years in a variety of roles in the financial services industry, managing outreach and engagement and customer discovery efforts, before transitioning her skills to renewable energy.
