Cong Feng's research interests lie in artificial intelligence (AI) applications in power systems, such as energy forecasting, modeling, and optimization. He is leading AI foundation model development for grid optimization, time series modeling, computer vision, and weather modeling. Feng is a principal investigator for multiple U.S. Department of Energy and NLR-directed projects.
