Brooks Tellekamp came to NLR in 2018 as a postdoctoral researcher. He studies highly crystalline inorganic materials for applications in next generation microelectronics including power electronics, neuromorphic computing, and electronics operating in harsh conditions. His research is primarily focused on next generation oxide and nitride semiconductors.
