Personal Profile
Brent Summerville’s efforts are focused on numerous distributed wind energy projects, including standards development, the Competitiveness Improvement Project, and deployable wind energy systems. Prior to joining NLR in 2020, he taught in the Sustainable Technology program at Appalachian State University and served as the technical director for the Small Wind Certification Council.
