Alison Holm leads strategic design and implementation efforts across a variety of NLR’s stakeholder-driven technical assistance (TA) programs. Her core activities include innovative TA program design to support disadvantaged communities, and scoping and delivering iterative TA in multi-stakeholder contexts to facilitate robust energy decision-making. Her technical and research background is in energy and resilience planning. 

Prior to NLR, she worked at the U.S. Energy Association and the Geothermal Energy Association in Washington, D.C.
